Heartwood Coaching 50

An accredited coach working primarily with voluntary sector CEOS and managers alongside mentoring.

Working with the voluntary sector - people and organisations

I believe that coaching and mentoring at the right time significantly enhances  the impact of voluntary organisations.

Working with one or more staff members supports the ripple effect of change through an organisation. I coach leaders and managers as they adapt to working in the new normal.

Thinking partner

Coaching offers you the opportunity to explore in a safe, confidential space your goals, challenges or limiting beliefs.  The power of silence alongside challenge enables great thinking and realisations.

Coaching enables you to achieve your goals, reflect on your life's direction, look at difficult interpersonal interactions, work on boundary setting, find your values or consider areas that you feel may be holding you back (such as confidence, imposter syndrome).

Each session can set a new goal or become the continuum of a larger goal.

This is all within a non judgemental space.

'Fiona naturally creates an atmosphere of trust; there is no judgement at all, just helpful questions and an approach and supports the development of solutions and tools to address key areas of development. She has a warm and friendly manner which helps to establish a good rapport '- Charity CEO client

'Fiona created the space for me to explore some situations and post pandemic challenges in both my life and at work.  Her friendly and open approach created the space for me to talk through some tricky situations and I left each session with her with clarity as well as some actions!  As a leader in the charity sector, I appreciated and valued having space to be coached through some challenges without feeding the need to ‘set the scene’ and felt listened to and understood.  As a novice to coaching I would certainly recommend Fiona as a Coaching Practitioner.' - Charity CEO client
